Rail Travel

Travelling by train is a great way to explore North America, whether you travel on the Rocky Mountaineer through the Rockies between Vancouver & Banff, Calgary or Jasper, or with Via Rail on inter-city trains between Toronto, Montréal and Québec, the "Ocean" from Montréal to Halifax, or Canada's classic trans-continental train, "The Canadian" from Toronto to Winnipeg, Edmonton, Jasper & Vancouver.

In Alaska, the Alaska Railroad provides excellent connections along the historic main corridor between Seward, Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali, all the way up to Fairbanks.
