Important Discounts:

• Book before November 30, 2011 for rentals with drop-off before or on June 15, 2012 (min.12 days), 15% discount on daily rate, 1,000 kms free, 2 free personal kits, and extra kits 60$Cdn/person plus tax! Also get 15% off all-inclusive rate!
• Book before November 30, 2011, 15% discount on daily rate plus 500 kms free.
• Book before December 31, 2011, 12% discount on daily rate plus 500 kms free.
• Book before January 31, 2012, 10% discount on daily rate plus 500 kms free.
• Book before February 28, 2012, 5% discount on daily rate.
• Booking after March 1, 2012, for spring/fall travel with drop-off by July 6, 2012 or pick-up after Sept 17, 2012, 3 days for the price of 2 days! Minimum 12 days rentals. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

All prices in $Cdn. The drop-off day does not count as a day. Prices do not include the goods and srvices tax GST (5%) in Alberta (Calgary), or the harmonized sales tax HST (12%) in British Columbia (Vancouver).

Extras/Supplements

Vehicle preparation fee (mandatory) - Chemical products for the toilet, hoses and rubber gloves. Propane not included. Includes transfers from downtown and airport hotels. Transfers to airports only. 85$Cdn + taxes.

Kilometres - These km blocks may be pre-paid at time of booking or at pick-up. There is no refund possible for unused kilometres. Upon returning the vehicle, extra kilometres are charged at 0.36$Cdn/km plus taxes (MT, DS10, VV & VC) or 0.37$Cdn/km plus taxes (C20, C24, V24 & C30).

• 500 km - 170$Cdn (0.34 $Cdn/km) + taxes

LDW Insurance (strongly recommended) - Reduces the deductible in case of collision, fire, theft of RV (not contents), windshield/glass damage to between 200$Cdn and 1,500 $Cdn (max) depending on circumstances. This does not cover wilful or negligent damage, damage to interior, under carriage, tires & wheels. Subject to conditions and restrictions. 30$Cdn/day plus tax. (40$Cdn/day if driver is between 21-24 years old)

Personal Kits (strongly recommended) - Sheets, blankets, towels, utensils, pots & pans etc. 90$Cdn/person plus tax.

All-inclusive Package - includes preparation fee, personal kits, LDW insurance, and 250 km bonus. Available for 50$Cdn/day plus taxes. Min. 12 days rental. This options is more economical in the following scenarios:

• 2 persons per RV and 12-18 rental days
• 3 persons per RV and12-22 rental days
• 4 persons per RV and 12-27 rental days
• 5 persons per RV and 12-31 rental days
• 6 persons per RV and 12-36 rental days

Northern Travel Surcharge - for travel in Alaska, Yukon, and Northwest Territories (travel not permitted on Dempster, Dalton & Laird Highway). Applies for travel anywhere north of Fort St.John, BC, Meziadin Junction, BC, and peace River, AB. 1,000$Cdn plus tax.

Drop or One-way Fee - Applicable when vehicle picked up in one place and dropped off in another.

• Vancouver to Calgary: 525$Cdn + taxes
• Calgary to Vancouver: 625$Cdn + taxes

Travel Restrictions

• Travel to Mexico is prohibited, as well as Death Valley (California) between April 1 and September 30 (due to excessive heat).
• Non-public roads and logging roads are also off-limits.
• Northen travel (Alaska, Northwest Territories & Yukon) is permitted (except with C28, C30) but an additional fee of 1,000$Cdn applies. Travel on the Dempster Highway, Laird Highway & Dalton Highway is prohibited.
• Winter travel - vehicle systems are not fully operable during subfreezing temperatures. The units are likely to have anti-freeze in holding tanks meaning vehicle water will not be available.
