Important Discounts:

• Book before September 30, 2011, receive 15% discount off the base rental rate, All-inclusive package, 100 km/day package, & unlimited km rate.
• Book before January 31, 20112, receive 10% discount off the base rental rate, All-inclusive package, 100 km/day package, & unlimited km rate.
• Book before February 28, 2012, receive 5% discount off the base rental rate, All-inclusive package, 100 km/day package, & unlimited km rate.
• MAY SPECIAL: pick-up before June 1, 2012 and receive 1,000 kms free for a 14-20 day long rental or 1,500 km free for a 20 + day long rental.
• JUNE SPECIAL: pick-up and drop-off between June 1 and June 30, 2012, receive 20% discount off the base rental rate, All-inclusive package, 100 km/day package, and unlimited km rate. Minimum rental of 13 days required.
• Long term discount: more than 26 days, 5% discount; more than 41 days, 10% discount off the base rental rate, All-inclusive package, 100 km/day package, unlimited km rate.

• Basic motor vehicle insurance (liability)
• CDR Coverage - Reduces the deductible in case of accident, fire, theft (not contents), windshield & glass, tires & wheels, interior damage to 1,500$Cdn. Subject to conditions and restrictions.

All prices in $Cdn. 1 week minimum, 2 weeks for A30-32. The drop-off day does not count as a day. Prices do not taxes (5% GST in Calgary, 12% HST in Vancouver, and 13% HST in Toronto).

*Low cost models, not older than 2007-2009 and with 80,000 to 120,000 km. Medium: can be either a C22 or a C24. Large: either a C26 Slide or a C28-30 Slide. Not available in Toronto.

Extras/Supplements

Vehicle preparation fee (mandatory) - Initial propane fill, chemical products for the toilet, toilet paper, water tank fill, hoses and gloves. 75$Cdn + taxes

Transfers: From downtown hotels (in Toronto, only on Mondays), airport hotels and transfers to downtown hotels (except Toronto), airport hotels and airport.95$Cdn + taxes (for up to 4 people). Additional person: 20$Cdn. Note: In Vancouver, transfers from/to Coquitlam 'Braid' Skytrain Station at no charge.

Kilometres - The km blocks may be including with booking or at pick-up. There is no refund possible for unused kilometres. Upon returning the vehicle, extra kilometres are charged at 0.37 $Cdn/km plus taxes.

• 500 km - 160$Cdn (0.32 $Cdn/km) + taxes
• 100km/day package - 34$Cdn/day + taxes
• Unlimited Kilometres - 58$Cdn/day + taxes (only in conjunction with All-inclusive package, see below, Min. 14 night rental.)

Personal Kits (strongly recommended) - Sheets, blankets, towels, utensils, pots & pans etc. Includes axe. 80$Cdn/person + taxes. Maximum 320$Cdn per vehicle.

All-inclusive Package - includes 100km/day, preparation fee with particular transfers, and personal kits. Available for 65$Cdn/day plus taxes. NOTE: Mandatory if you want to contract unlimited km. In the following cases it is the most affordable option:

• 2 persons per RV and a 10 day rental or less
• 3 persons per RV and a 15 day rental or less
• 4, 5 or 6 persons per RV and a 18 day rental or less

Additional drivers - 1 additional driver at no charge. Third or more: 10$Cdn/day/driver + taxes.

Drop or One-way Fee - Applicable when vehicle picked up in one place and dropped off in another. Only possible with minimum 7 night rentals. One-ways to/from Toronto not possible. Ask us about the "Coast to Coast" program!

• Vancouver -> Calgary: 500$Cdn + taxes
• Calgary -> Vancouver: 700$Cdn + taxes

Northern Travel Surcharge - 300$Cdn plus taxes, only for minimum 3 week rentals with C22, C24 and C26 Slide only. Applicable north of Fort St.John, and on Cassiar Highway into Yukon/Alaska.

Generator use fee: 5$Cdn/hour + taxes (if applicable).

Travel Restrictions

• Travel to Mexico is prohibited, as well as Death Valley (California)
• Non-public roads and logging roads are off-limits.
• If you plan to travel in Northen regions (Alaska/Yukon), surcharge applies.
• Travel on Dempster Highway, Inuvik, or Northwest territories not permitted.
