- Pick-ups from 9 am - 3 pm, drop-offs from 9 am - noon, Mondays to Saturdays (except holidays). In Vancouver (May1-Sept 30), open Sundays 9am-3pm.
Important Discounts:
- Book before March 1, 2012, receive "All-inclusive" package (kits, prep fee and CDR) plus UNLIMITED KILOMETRES for 70$Cdn per day plus tax.
- Extra 15% discount on rental rate for rental days June 1 - 30, 2011 (except Whitehorse)
- With pick-up before May 15, 2012, you will receive 1,000 km free.
- With pick-up on or after September 15, 2012, you will receive 1,000 km free (TC, TC-S, and TC-B excluded). Does not apply to Toronto and Halifax.

All prices in $Cdn. The drop-off day does not count as a day. Prices do not include the national sales tax GST (5% in Calgary & Whitehorse) or the harmonized sales tax HST (12% in Vancouver, 13% in Toronto, 15% in Halifax). Minimum rental period 7 days. *Not available in Whitehorse.

Extras/Supplements
Vehicle preparation fee (mandatory) - Initial propane fill, chemical products for the toilet, 2 rolls of toilet paper, fresh water, hoses and rubber gloves. Transfers to/from downtown hotels, airport hotels and to/from international airports (except in Toronto: transfers to/from downtown hotels not available). Note: No transfers after 1:00 pm. 90$Cdn + taxes.
Kilometres - These km blocks may be pre-paid at time of booking or at pick-up. There is no refund possible for unused kilometres. Upon returning the vehicle, extra kilometres are charged at 0.38 $Cdn/km plus taxes.
- 1000 km - 350$Cdn (0.35 $Cdn/km) + taxes
- 500 km - 180$Cdn (0.36 $Cdn/km) + taxes
- 100 km - 37$Cdn (0.37 $Cdn/km) + taxes
- Unlimited Kilometres - 80$Cdn per day + taxes
CDR Collision Deductible Reducer (strongly recommended) - Reduces the deductible in case of collision, fire, theft of RV from 7,500$Cdn to 500$Cdn (max). 25$Cdn/day plus tax (maximum 750$Cdn). Restrictions and conditions apply.
Personal Kits (strongly recommended) - Sheets, blankets, towels, utensils, pots & pans etc. Includes axe & camping chairs upon request. 75$Cdn/person + taxes. For children under 12, free of charge.
'All-inclusive' Package - Includes Personal Kits, CDR coverage and preparation fee for 44$Cdn/day plus tax.
Drop or One-way Fee - Applicable when vehicle picked up in one place and dropped off in another. Only possible with minimum 14 night rentals. One-ways to Whitehorse only possible early season and from Whitehorse only in late season upon request.

Travel Restrictions
- Travel to Mexico is prohibited.
- Travel in Death Valley (California) is prohibited between June 1 and August 31 (due to excessive heat).
- Non-public roads and logging roads are also off-limits.
- RVs must not be left unattended in downtown Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, and New York City (due to risk of theft).
- If you plan to travel in Northen regions (Alaska/Yukon) you must advise Fraserway but there is no additional fee.
- Northen travel is not recommended in larger vehicles (MH24/25-S & MH29/31-S).
- The following northen travel restrictions are in place: In Yukon: Canol Road (North of Ross River), Aishihik Lake Road, Road between Dease Lake and Telegraph Creek. In Alaska: Dalton Highway (Hwy 11) between Coldfoot and Prudhoe Bay, McCarthy Road, between Chitina and McCarthy.
- Winter travel - vehicle systems are not fully operable during subfreezing temperatures. The units are likely to have anti-freeze in holding tanks meaning vehicle water will not be available.
