Fernie
Fernie Alpine Resort is located in the south-east corner of the B.C. Rockies and Kootenay Mountains, approximately 5 km from the town of Fernie and only 1.5 km up the hill from the highway intersection.
On average 29 feet of snow falls in Fernie each year. That is enough snow to cover a three-storey building! With five enormous bowls, countless glades & chutes, Fernie offers a variety of terrain to appeal to all levels. Fernie is as steep as you want it to be. It also offers a great night life.
