Field & Yoho - Lodging
Emerald Lake Lodge
The historic lodge remains the heart of the resort, which is located in Yoho National Park, just 35 km west of Lake Louise. Built of hand-hewn timber and featuring massive stone fireplaces, the lodge includes a formal dining room, quiet reading and sitting rooms, and a games room. The lounge is enhanced by an oak bar salvaged from an 1890's Yukon saloon. From upper or lower large verandahs, and the outdoor hot pool, the visions nature presents are as fresh and breath-taking as ever. The historical lodge offers a true escape from the hectic pace of modern life.

Cathedral Mountain Lodge
The new lodge and authentic log cabins are nestled in the trees at the edge of the glacier-fed Kicking Horse River. The cabins are perfectly appointed to create an oasis of luxury. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stone fireplace. Indulge in a leisurely bath in the soaker tub. Ponder the serenity of the wilderness while sitting on your large private deck. There is no television or telephone to disrupt your mountain escape. Your stay includes a continental breakfast and free interpretative talks at the lodge, and canoe rentals on Moraine Lake.
