Skiing & Snowboarding

Western Canada is a mecca for alpine skiing and snowboarding with a huge selection of excellent ski areas, heli-ski and cat-ski operators. The area is famous for its quality and quantity of powder, extreme terrain, its extra-long ski season, and natural surroundings. For those wanting to learn or still mastering the sport, it is the quality of the snow (no ice!) and the outstanding ski & snowboard schools that make it simply a joy!
