How to get there

By Air:

To visit Alaska and/or the Yukon, you will more than arrive by air to either Anchorage, Alaska or Whitehorse, Yukon. This will depend on your exact route and travel plans.

There are some direct charter flights to Whitsehorse and Anchorage from Frankfurt (Germany) as well as regularly scheduled flights with Air Canada or other major airlines via Vancouver/Calgary/Seattle. From Calgary, also worth checking is the airline Air North and Alaska Airlines.

Some travellers use Seattle (USA), Vancouver or Calgary as as connecting cities for travel to the North.We are happy to arrange an additional night of accommodation in Seattle, Vancouver or Calgary if required.

By Ferry:

Alaska Marine Highway offers numerous route by ferry connecting Prince Rupert in Northern Biritish Columbia to the ports of Juneau and beyond. If you have the time and your route allows for it, it can be a great option.
